Johneal helps people release stress, connect with their inner guidance and make positive changes in his practice as a transpersonal hypnotherapist.
The workshop offers a synergistic approach to dealing with and resolving issues with stress that encompasses body, mind and spirit. You will experience states of deep relaxation as well as open to expansive states of awareness that will leave you feeling peaceful, rejuvenated and re-energised.
You will explore a combination of emotional clearing techniques, breathing and wellness exercises and guided processes that will help you deeply relax, de-stress, as well as to center and balance in the Inner Self.
